Dr. Conor Sperzel completed fellowship training in Pain Medicine at Harvard Medical School / Massachusetts General Hospital, one of the most rigorous interventional pain training programs in the country. He is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
A former competitive athlete and Ironman finisher, Dr. Sperzel believes deeply in function, movement, and the science of healthy aging. His approach to regenerative medicine and aesthetics is rehabilitative at its core — designed to help patients look, feel, and perform their best at every stage of life.
He founded Vanguard Wellness & Regenerative Aesthetics to extend that philosophy to longevity, hair restoration, skin rejuvenation, and orthobiologic treatments — all delivered with the precision of a physician-led practice.
